Hotel Valadier - Rome

This place suits me perfectly. I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and helpful staff. They assisted me with a late departure during my first stay. I'm coming back for a relaxing Christmas! Highly recommended!

I was here for 5 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant with delicious food. I thoroughly enjoyed both wake-up service and extremely comfy bed. The hotel's location was fantastic and lovely in central Rome, within 300 metres of the subway.

All in all they offer excellent service.

The location is excellent and the room is nice

The rooftop breakfast with views of the spanish steps was amazing, greatly exceeding my previous experiences in rome. The staff were very good too ensure we felt welcome and taken care of.

Breakfast was fabulous!! Location was excellent, very close to the trevi fountain and spanish steps. The restaurant on the top level of the hotel was very fancy, the bar tender took very good care of us but looked very pricey =S

There were road works happening outside our 2nd story window. very irritating at 9 in the morning :(

Hotel Valadier has splendid European decor. The rooftop breakfast area offered fine views of the city. The friendly staff were attentive and made accessing the amenities easy for seniors like me.

A better shower curtain would improve comfort.

You do not get immediately that number that have booked. No robe or slippers is not questioned.

too much black marmol and weak lights create A dark enviroment.. be prepared for A dark atmosphere and very small elevators.

Ali at reception was helpful, and dodo always greeted us with a smile. We loved how close it was to everything. We even walked to the vatican. Moodi at the brillio restaurant organized our wedding meal, even surprising us with a cake. Such attention to detail!

Everything was wonderful, nice service, exceptional location near all major tourist sites, nice rooms and clean rooms and all exciting monumental buildings. Fabulous experience there.

Staff extremely helpful, our visit was to celebrate the Mother-in-laws 90th Birthday we booked her a double room and they gave her a suite which was great. l also arranged for flowers on the day which were beautiful. The skyroof terrace for breakfast/dinner was superb, and they gave her special treatment for her birthday dinner. We also all enjoyed the Piano Bar late in the evening great atmosphere. Very easy to walk to most places except maybe the Vatican.

Our only issue was that our transfer from the Airport did not turn up, but Hotel apologised and gave us big discount for the return trip. Drinks are rather expensive but most Hotels are, lots of cafes, bars nearby in the piazza more reasonable.

The rooftop breakfast offered good views and great food. My room was beautifully decorated and comfy. The staff were genuinely attentive. It felt special in every detail 😊

Very clean, great breakfast, great location.

1St rooms aircon did not work. Moved room only to discover the room boardered two roads and was very noisy, had aircon though, wondered if it was some sort of Italian joke! We were onlt there for 3 nights so put up with the noise on night 3 rather than pack up and move again. Dissapointed overall because of the room situation. Wifi did not work properly throughout our stay despite repeated requests. Totally unable to get access in either room we occupied. A shame really because otherwise the hotel would have been great.
